Our philosophy: No AI in our mods.
For us, modding is a craft. It means studying a building, understanding its structure and turning an idea into something you can place in your game. We enjoy that process – including the difficult parts.
That is why we have made a clear choice: we do not use generative AI to create the models or textures in our mods.
The details are our work
Every model involves decisions: how to shape a window frame, how much weathering a wall needs, which details belong in the geometry and which can be represented through textures.
Those decisions are part of what makes a mod ours. We want our work to reflect our own skills, observations and creativity.
Tools support the craft
Our approach does not mean rejecting technology. Modelling software, texture tools and optimisation features are essential parts of our workflow. They help us build, refine and prepare our work for the game.
Our boundary is generative AI creating the models or textures for us. We want to remain responsible for how those assets are made, from the first shapes to the finishing touches.
Progress takes practice
We are hobby modders. We learn, experiment, make mistakes and improve. Some projects take longer than expected. Sometimes a detail needs to be rebuilt several times before it feels right.
We consider that time worthwhile. Every challenge teaches us something we can bring to the next project.
We would rather take the time to develop our skills than replace the part of modding we enjoy most.
Honest work, honest feedback
Creating something by hand does not make it perfect. Our mods can have flaws, and constructive criticism helps us recognise them.
If something looks wrong or does not work as intended, tell us what you noticed. A specific explanation or screenshot helps us understand the problem and work towards a solution.
A hobby we share
We create mods because we enjoy building things and seeing what other players do with them. Our releases are free, without subscriptions or paid exclusives.
Our no-AI philosophy is a commitment about our own work. It is not an invitation to attack other creators. We want a community where people can discuss their methods openly and treat one another with respect.
Real effort. Our own creativity. Mods made to be shared.
